for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 244(FIN) am with

An Act relating to transportation of public school                            
students; relating to school construction grants;                              
relating to state foundation aid and supplementary                             
state aid for education; and providing for an                                  
effective date.                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendments and recommended a no vote.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Duncan called the Senate.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his              
motion.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
President Pearce stated the call was satisfied.
